Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Event: Coast & Country Music Festival 2027
Dates: Friday 28 & Saturday 29 May 2027
Venue: Hampton Harbour Oval, Dampier, Western Australia

By purchasing, holding or using a ticket to Coast & Country Music Festival, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchases & Refunds

1.1. All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts or failure to comply with entry conditions.

1.2. Refunds or other remedies will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including applicable rights relating to event cancellation or significant changes.

1.3. Booking, transaction and processing fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

1.4. Tickets may not be exchanged for another event date or ticket category without written approval from the Organiser.

2. Ticket Names & Transfers

2.1. Tickets must be registered in the name of the person attending the event.

2.2. All ticket name changes and transfer requests must be submitted directly to the Event Organiser for approval.

2.3. Ticket holders must not independently alter, transfer or resell tickets without following the Organiser's approved process.

2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to request identification to verify ticket ownership and the registered attendee's details.

2.5. Unauthorised duplication, fraudulent resale or misuse of tickets may result in cancellation without refund, subject to applicable law.

3. Age Restrictions

3.1. Friday 28 May – Family Fun Friday: All ages welcome. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

3.2. Saturday 29 May – Main Festival: Strictly 18 years and over. No persons under 18 will be admitted, including infants.

3.3. Valid photographic identification will be required for entry and alcohol purchases.

3.4. Anyone unable to provide acceptable proof of age may be refused entry without refund.

4. Entry Conditions

4.1. All attendees must present a valid ticket for scanning at entry.

4.2. Tickets are valid for the nominated event day and category only.

4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons who engage in threatening, abusive, dangerous, disorderly or unlawful behaviour.

4.4. Security personnel may conduct reasonable bag inspections and security screening as a condition of entry.

4.5. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, fireworks and other items deemed unsafe by event management.

4.6. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

4.7. Re-entry is subject to the event's wristband and pass-out procedures.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, performance times, activities, site layout and entertainment lineup.

5.2. Artist appearances and performance schedules are subject to change. A change to an individual artist does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund; however, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5.3. The event is scheduled to proceed in normal weather conditions, including rain.

5.4. In the event of cancellation, postponement or a material change, ticket holders will be advised of their available options and any applicable refund rights.

6. Alcohol & Responsible Service

6.1. Alcohol will only be supplied in accordance with Western Australian liquor licensing requirements.

6.2. Valid identification must be produced upon request.

6.3. Intoxicated, disorderly or underage persons will not be served alcohol.

6.4. Alcohol must not be supplied to minors.

6.5. Patrons must comply with directions from licensed bar staff, security and event management.

7. VIP Tickets

7.1. VIP tickets provide access to designated VIP facilities and inclusions as advertised for the applicable ticket category.

7.2. VIP privileges are non-transferable unless approved by the Organiser.

7.3. VIP attendees must comply with all general event conditions.

7.4. Any complimentary drink entitlement is subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements and applicable licensing conditions.

8. Safety & Personal Responsibility

8.1. Attendees must follow all reasonable directions issued by event staff, security personnel and emergency services.

8.2. Patrons attend at their own risk to the extent permitted by law.

8.3. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.4. Patrons must remain within designated public areas and must not access restricted operational or backstage areas without authorisation.

9. Photography & Filming

9.1. Photography, filming and audio recording may occur throughout the event for promotional, marketing and media purposes.

9.2. By attending, patrons acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photography or recordings.

9.3. Commercial photography, professional filming or recording for commercial purposes requires prior written approval from the Organiser.

10. General Conditions

10.1. The Organiser reserves the right to update event procedures and conditions where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or operational requirements.

10.2. All attendees must comply with applicable Western Australian laws and venue regulations.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
